Healthy Steps Class on Zoom
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30-9:30 am
Start your day with a smile as we move to upbeat music with a 60-minute Healthy Steps Class. Log on 5-10 minutes before class to check in and get ready to move. Gentle stretching, balance, and cardio can be done standing or sitting. Cool-down moves are designed to ease stress and anxiety. There will be time to connect with a water break at the end of class.
