Move and Feel Better: Gentle Fitness
Whether you are getting back into shape or just wanting a gentle exercise program, “Move and Feel Better” is a safe and accessible way to reach your goals. The class starts out with a gentle warm-up, followed by a mix of strength, balance, and cardio exercises, ending with a restorative cool-down.

A gentle, therapeutic exercise designed to help you regain range of motion increase flexibility, reduce swelling from lymphedema and promote positive self-image and joy. Exercises are done seated or standing.

Seat with a Beat – Gentle Cardio Fitness
Get up and out of your seat with this gentle exercise/dance class. It combines low-impact cardio movements with upbeat music. It doesn’t matter how much rhythm you have just as long as you are having fun! This class focuses on building connections and increasing core fitness and flexibility.
