I acquired Balance, Strength and Community.
Balance equals no falling.
Strength equals ability to open things (jars, doors, use a can opener, etc).
Community equals loving others and receiving love.

I have enjoyed the Healthy Steps program with Mary Jo Brown since July 2020. She includes a lot of gentle stretches for all muscle groups, as well as aerobic activities to get our oxygen flowing. She also works on improving our balance and strength. I always feel so much better when we have completed a class, not only physically but emotionally. We can connect with others in the class;it is also a social opportunity.

This program provides gentle exercises for those suffering from lymphedema. I received so much more than exercise! Mary Jo greeted me with a smile and an encouraging invite. Her instructions are easy to follow, everyone works at their own level. What a warm, compassionate, giving group. Not only did we exercise, but we became like a close family.

Balance, strength and fun!
Healthy Steps on Zoom has improved my balance, strength and the use of all my muscle groups. It is also fun to socialize with the other participants. It is a part of my week that I try not to miss.
